"Really happy with the food"

"Refund was actually easy"
I had to return one item and, i was kind of expecting it to be a whole thing... but it really wasn’t. Support got back to me quickly, walked me through it, and the refund showed up a few days later. So yeah, no hassle at all

My order from zocalofoods.com showed up packed really well. Nothing was leaking, crushed, or smashed, and everything had enough padding around it. The box was clean too, which I appreciated. I was a little nervous about having food items shipped, but it all arrived in great shape. Has anyone else been worried about that with food orders, or had any issues? Mine turned out totally fine.

I ordered a few pantry items, and overall the experience was solid. Everything arrived well packed, the prices seemed fair, and the website was easy enough to navigate. It’s not the fanciest setup, but it gets the job done.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the shipping took longer than I was expecting. That said, nothing arrived damaged and I’m still satisfied with the order. I’d probably shop here again.

"The weird part is, my order issue..."
The weird part is, my order issue did get sorted out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I expected to hear back, which made the whole thing a bit frustrating. Once they responded, they handled it fine, but the process could definitely be a little smoother.
